Churros
According to the Korean spelling of foreign words, 'churros' is correct, but many people know it as 'churros'! This churros is a traditional Spanish dish. Isn't it a street dessert that is already too popular for us? As you all know, it's a dish that's fried in a long shape of flour dough. If you use oligosaccharide in fried food, it's crispy on the outside, but it gets more moist and chewy on the inside :) Also, the dough itself has a sweet taste, so it's not bland and it tastes good inside.

  • Soft flour

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/15
Place oligosaccharide, butter, salt and water in a pot and boil over medium heat until butter melts and boils
STEP 2/15
When the butter melts, remove from the heat, add the sifted gravitational pull and mix well.

Put the dough mixed with flour on medium heat again and stir-fry it evenly for a minute, mixing quickly.

Transfer the dough over medium heat for 1 minute and spread thinly to cool the dough.

Now, I'm going to put in the egg! Beat the eggs in advance and knead them little by little.

The dough should be quite thick! If it's watery, it's hard to fry it~~ Like the picture above, the dough does not flow, and the spatula is clearly left! I don't know if you've noticed. It's the same way as the dough

The finished dough is put in a piping bag with star-shaped pods and squeezed into the shape you want, and if you squeeze it on a parchment paper cut like me, the shape is pretty and easy to fry.

Prepare frying oil while drying churros. Place enough oil in a frying pan (high enough to soak churros) and preheat to 170-180 degrees over high heat.

Add churros to the heated oil! Keep turning it upside down and fry it until it's golden brown
STEP 11/15
You have to keep the temperature of the oil at 170-180 degrees Celsius.

You can end it there, but I wanted to eat it more crispy, so I fried it again in 190 degrees of oil. The color is so pretty, too.

After cooling the churros, put sugar and cinnamon powder in a plastic bag and churros! Shake them well and coat them with sugar. If you wear a sugar coat when the churros are hot, the sugar melts and it's ugly
