STEP 1/8
First, make the cookie dough that will be the bear's nose and eyes. Gently beat butter at room temperature and add sugar and mix well. Add the eggs at room temperature and mix well, then add the sifted flour and mix to form a lump. Put it in a plastic bag and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
STEP 2/8
Make bread dough that will be the face and ears of bears Place all ingredients except butter in a bowl and knead until lumpy. When combined, add room temperature soft butter and make smooth dough. The toughness can vary depending on the situation Adjust the toughness by looking at the state of the dough.
STEP 3/8
Round into a lump and first ferment in a warm place. When you poke the dough with your flour-stained finger, the hole remains or rises slightly, and the fermentation is complete. I did it for about 50 to 60 minutes
STEP 4/8
Divide the face part by 35 grams, and divide the ear part by 3 grams and circle it. Cover with plastic at room temperature and apply medium fermentation for 10 to 15 minutes.
STEP 5/8
When the intermediate fermentation is complete, circle it again, remove the gas, pinch the back part well, and make the bear's face like a picture.
STEP 6/8
The pre-made cookie dough is pushed to 0.3mm thick to make the bear's nose and eyes. I made the dough using the back of the circular tip. Apply water to the bear's face and stick it on the nose. Please make snow in the same way. You have to make a big nose part on the bread dough so that the overall ratio is correct after the second fermentation. Please refer to it
STEP 7/8
Cover the dough with plastic so that it doesn't dry up during plastic surgery If the molding is complete, perform a secondary fermentation in a warm place. If you inflate 1.5 to 1.7 times, fermentation is complete. It took about 30 to 40 minutes.
STEP 8/8
When fermentation is complete, bake in a preheated oven at 170 to 180 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. After cooling it down, draw your eyes and nose with a chocolate pen!
