Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Wash the green plum in water and remove the top. Wipe off the water with a dishcloth and make holes everywhere with a toothpick.
STEP 2/6
Wash the jujube clean and pick it up in three to four places with scissors.
STEP 3/6
Put plum and jujube in a sterilized bottle and sprinkle sugar and allulose powder.
STEP 4/6
Sprinkle with allulose liquid and seal.
STEP 5/6
Mix evenly to mix sugar well once every 15 days.
STEP 6/6
After 90 to 100 days, when the taste of plum comes out, filter out only the syrup and put it in a bottle and refrigerate it.
