STEP 1/6
First, make bread crumbs in advance. I bought regular bread and ground it gently on the cutlery. And wash the frankham lightly in hot water and prepare it with skewers.
STEP 2/6
Make the dough. Beat the eggs in a bowl and mix well with sugar and salt. Add oil and mix well, then add milk and mix well.
STEP 3/6
Sift whole wheat, cornmeal, and baking powder and mix well. I used a medium-thick cornmeal that I bought from iHerb I thought the particles would be chewed if I just used it, so I ground it finely. I changed it, but I changed it to the point where I can still touch the rough particles If you use cornmeal, you can grind it finely.. I think you can replace it with corn flour
STEP 4/6
The finished dough feels a little thick. If you leave it at room temperature for about 10 minutes, the cornflour blows and turns into a more dense dough. It's okay if it's thick. Then, remove the dough from a long cup, and then slide the skewered Frankham into the cup. And if you take it out, the dough will be evenly coated.
STEP 5/6
You can fry it as it is, but I wanted to eat it more crispy, so I put bread crumbs on it. Then fry it crispy and golden. The dough is thick, but it's running, so it's better to move quickly after you coat the Frankham You have to fry it right after you put bread crumbs on it to make it look easy. So you can fry it more easily if you prepare bread crumbs and frying oil in advance before applying the dough
STEP 6/6
It's best to eat fried food right away
