Shake off the inside of the ripe kimchi and chop it
Shred the onion and cut it in half
Put perilla oil + cooking oil in a pot and stir-fry kimchi and onions together over low heat: the longer you stir-fry, the better

After tasting it, add a little bit of canned saury soup and boil it for a while, add green onions and turn off the heat:
Check the contents of the canned saury soup, and if there are a lot of synthetic additives, do not add it if possible
