Grilled whole pine mushrooms
I like mushrooms, and especially when I eat meat, I'm the only one who feels sad if I don't have them. I tried it myself after hearing rumors that the whole saesongi roasting was delicious.

    3ea
  • Butter
    1spoon
Cooking Steps

Wash and prepare the mushrooms
STEP 2/8
Prepare butter, too
(If you don't have it, I think you can just put it in oil. If you've done it with oil, please comment how it was.)
STEP 3/8
Melt the butter in the pan. I put it in just in case it burns, but you can control the amount But 1T is a given
STEP 4/8
I start cooking over low heat I put the lid on so that it cooks well
STEP 5/8
Turn it upside down and cook it
STEP 6/8
When it's been 5 minutes
STEP 7/8
It's been 10 minutes I think it's well-done by one
STEP 8/8
Lastly, use tongs and scissors on a plate and cut it into bite-size pieces!
Juicy meat? It's moist and chewy. It's amazing
If it's bland, cut it and sprinkle salt on it
You have to eat it right away when it's warm! I cut one and then I cut the other two again later

There are a lot of gatherings and company dinners at meat restaurants, but I order whole pine mushrooms from meat restaurants and eat them grilled, and it's really good if you dip them in oil.
