Grilled back ribs with cheese

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Mix the ingredients for the sauce well in advance. Add two or three cups of water and mix it well

First, I'm going to preprocess the back ribs. Place back ribs in a deep skillet and add enough water to cover them.

Boil it for 10 to 15 minutes on high heat! (Ingredients to control the smell of back ribs) Add ginger, soybean paste, and pepper and boil it. Add 1t of vinegar and boil it to make the meat soft.

In a frying pan preheated over medium heat, put the seasoned back ribs and one or two ladles of sauce together and bake them as if they were boiled down. Once the meat is soaked enough with the sauce and looks like a yellow, photo, it's done! It looks delicious when it's slightly tanned like that

While grilling the back ribs on one side, melt the mozzarella cheese in a skillet that doesn't burn. You have to melt it slowly on the lowest heat so it won't burn!

Put the finished back ribs and melted cheese in a bowl and that's it.
If you can't eat spicy food well, please skip pepperoncino. I put it in to make it spicy, but if you add a little capsaicin instead of peperoncino, or if you add red pepper powder with Cheongyang red pepper powder, you can make it spicy. Ingredients to control the smell! It can be replaced with laurel leaves, onions, and green onion roots.

    It was so delicious I don't know if it's a little undercooked when I cook back ribs.. There was a little blood coming out of my bones when I was cooking the marinated back ribs I thought the sauce was not fully cooked, so I added a cup of water and a little more spicy galbi sauce I'll have to boil it more next time. Young ^^ Thank you for the delicious recipe

    The sauce is so good!! It's the best when it's cooked I can't eat spicy things, so I didn't put in chili peppers, but I put in 0.5T less chili powder and it was perfect for my taste My husband says it's very good^^
