Stir-fried Mushroom and Potatoes
There are so many ingredients in the refrigerator that I'm eating in the refrigerator! I tried stir-frying it with potato and matari mushroom. I've been carrying around lunch boxes these days, so I made it because I thought it would be good as a side dish for lunch boxes, but I think stir-fried potatoes with mushrooms are good because mushrooms serve as condiments, but I think stir-fried potatoes with mushrooms are better^^ It's very simple to make, so it's a super simple side dish that's good for lazy people like me

Cooking Steps

I cut the potatoes with a lot of care~~LOL
Mushrooms are easy to eat, too I prepared it by tearing it into thin pieces according to the thickness of the potato.

Put oil on the heated pan

Put the potatoes in first and stir-fry them.
Stir-fried potatoes seem easy, but surprisingly, it's hard because potatoes aren't cooked well
But if you pour water, it will ripen and break down.
The method I learned after many trials and errors

At first, you stir-fry it in oil
When cooked transparently, cover and cook over low heat.
You have to open the lid and stir it to cook it evenly!
The point is to put the lid on!Hahaha
If you put the lid on, you don't need to add water. It's hard to cook^^
STEP 5/7
If the potatoes are cooked well, add mushrooms, stir-fry them, and cook them slightly
STEP 6/7
Salt~ I added a little bit of seasoning.
STEP 7/7
If you sprinkle sesame seeds on the stir-fried mushroom potatoes, it's over!
