It's past 7 o'clock when I get home from work, but if I clean up my house a little bit, it's way past 9 o'clock. Then, you often fall asleep after washing up and resting for a while. Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Clean the chives, wash them clean, and drain them.
I also added green garlic.
STEP 2/6
Place the chives in a bowl, place only the roots down and add 2/3 cups of fish sauce to pickle the roots. Turn it upside down and marinate for about 15 minutes.
STEP 3/6
Add 2T of flour and 2 cups of water and add flour glue. Stir well over low heat and let it cool by poking grass.
STEP 4/6
Let's make the sauce. Grind 3T of ground garlic, 3T of salted shrimp, 2T of sugar, 2 cups of red pepper powder, and 1/2 onions (I didn't grind it, but the seasoning is a bit stiff), and mix it with the cold flour paste and the salted fish sauce with the chives.
STEP 5/6
Put the sauce on the chives and put them in a container, and that's it.. It'd be better if we roll one at a time.
This time, I just cut it in half and put the sauce on it.

A can of green onion kimchi is done.
You can leave it at room temperature for a day and refrigerate it.
