STEP 1/9
Cut the Vienna sausage into a sheath and soak it in boiling water. You can boil it, but I boiled the water and poured it in. If you do this, impurities will be removed, right? The oil comes up as soon as I put it in.
STEP 2/9
If there was a green bell pepper, the color combination would have been good... That's a bit of a shame.
STEP 3/9
Ketchup 2, oyster sauce 1, cooking wine 1, oligosaccharide 1, red pepper paste 1/2 and garlic 2 I made the sauce by putting it in like this, but make the sauce recipe by adding and subtracting it to your taste.
STEP 4/9
If you like spicy food, you can add hot sauce, right? My house doesn't have hot sauce, so pass
STEP 5/9
I saw the sausage that I soaked while I was making the sauce... There's a lot of oil floating around
STEP 6/9
I added a bit of grape seed oil and stir-fried it.
STEP 7/9
Add the sauce and stir-fry it so that it mixes well
STEP 8/9
Dab the thick pepper.
STEP 9/9
Stir-fried sausage and vegetables. Put it on a plate and sprinkle sesame seeds!
