Tofu meatballs that taste good and are nutritious!
I was thinking about making tofu jeon on the day I made kimchi jjim and made a delicious tofu meatball with lots of vegetables

  • Young squash

  • oyster mushroom

  • Crunchy red pepper

  • Flour

  • Eggs

  • Salt
    1/3T
  • ground pepper

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14
You can take out vegetables from the fridge and use them
I put in paprika because I have it, but I like bell peppers because it's a wet vegetable

After chopping the paprika into small pieces, I used a kitchen towel to remove some moisture

Chop zucchini, onion, oyster mushroom and cucumber pepper

It's good with soy sauce, but I like it better with ketchup! I like kids and it's good for nutrition~ I think it'd be good to put vegetables that kids don't eat in here and fry them together~ It's perfect for adults because it's not hard and soft
