Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
First, prepare nuts and bake them lightly in the oven.. Please stir-fry it on the pan like me. I don't think I need to stir-fry it because it's going to go into the oven later anyway.. I stir-fried it until it's golden brown.

Combine maple syrup, melted butter and oil in a bowl.

Add all the pre-fried nuts to the well-mixed syrup and mix well.
STEP 4/6
Place granola mixed with syrup in a parchment pan and bake crispy and golden in an oven preheated to 170-180 degrees for about 10-15 minutes. Grill it so that the color is evenly applied while you rummaging through it.
STEP 5/6
After cooling it down, add the prepared dried cherries and dried aronia and toss well.
STEP 6/6
Cool it completely and store it in an airtight container to completely.
