Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces

Peel the lettuce into bite-size pieces

Cut the green grapes in half

Place lettuce on a salad plate and add salad sauce. Sprinkle with green grapes and put salmon on top

Place young leaf vegetables on top.

If you put ricotta cheese on top, it's done!
It's better to add chicory, lettuce, and other vegetables
You can just make salad without salmon.
If you don't have ricotta cheese, you can use Parmesan cheese instead
If you want to look prettier, you can have cherry tomatoes and lemon rinds
