Making perilla oil seaweed soup
I made seaweed soup with perilla oil because I ran out of sesame oil, and it tasted good! Seaweed soup that you can cook simply and deliciously without meat!

Ingredients
  • Seaweed
    1/2ea
  • crushed garlic
    1T
  • perilla oil
    1-2T
  • Korean style soy sauce
    1T
  • Salt
    1/2T
  • anchovy broth
    500-70ml
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Remove dried seaweed, cut it with scissors, and put it in a bowl
STEP 2/11
Pour water into the bowl and soak the seaweed
STEP 3/11
In the meantime, they serve anchovy broth
I added dried shrimp, too

Cut the swollen seaweed into smaller pieces with scissors

Put 1-2 spoons of perilla oil in a pot and 1 spoon of minced garlic

Add seaweed and stir-fry it in perilla oil and add a spoonful of soy sauce

Stir-fry it so that the seaweed is seasoned well
STEP 8/11
When it's mixed well, add anchovy stock
STEP 9/11
Put the broth a little higher than the seaweed
STEP 10/11
When the soup boils, add half a spoon of salt or half a spoon of salt and adjust the salt to suit your taste
