Cooking Steps

Add 4 tablespoons of red pepper paste, 2 tablespoons of soybean paste, 2 tablespoons of fine pepper powder, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 4 tablespoons of rice wine, 1 tablespoon of pepper, 2 tablespoon of plum syrup, 1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide, and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil to make seasoning.

Prepare 800g of pork neck and marinate it evenly by applying seasoning to each piece, front, and back of pork neck. I put it in the refrigerator and ate it as holiday food.
