STEP 1/6
Add raspberry extract or ground raspberry 2-3 ladle to the pork.
Add 2T of soy sauce together, mix it so that the seasoning is soaked, and marinate for more than 30 minutes.
STEP 2/6
Pour 4 cups water into marinated pork + raspberry sauce.
STEP 3/6
How to make the sauce cut well on the meat!!
If you close the lid and cook it right away, the area that you touch will come up to the lid, so the seasoning may be less salty if you don't put the liquid in.
If you want the liver to cut evenly to areas where the liquid cannot reach, make a lid using cooking Korean paper.
After cutting it in a circle, make a hole in the air to facilitate the circulation of the water machine, and then cover it over the meat.
STEP 4/6
First, cook on medium heat for 10 minutes -> then on high heat -> open the lid and stir for another 10 minutes. About 30 minutes in total
Boil thoroughly so that there is no soup left.
STEP 5/6
The meat isn't burnt~ lol Think of it as concentrated as it boils and the seasoning goes in.
Slice it thinly to make it's easy to eat. Black on the outside and white on the inside.~
The fact that the inside is white means that it preserves that much of the juice.
STEP 6/6
It's also good to put in a bowl and garnish with pache.~
It's good for home parties, too
