#Making Spicy Chinese-style Seaweed Stem Stir-Fried #Stir-Fried
It's a seaweed stem that's fried like Chinese food. In order to give it a spicy taste, stir-fry the seaweed stem first with chili oil and then stir-fry it with rat-dung pepper. You can put it on top of the rice and eat it together, or there's no side dish. You can take it out and eat it when you do it.

Cooking Steps

Put plenty of chili oil in the pan. Add minced garlic, green onions, and ginger powder and mash the dried red pepper. And stir-fry it.
