STEP 1/13
Wash cabbage and chives and prepare them
STEP 2/13
I cut the cabbage and chives into two fingers.
While draining, chop the green onion and shred the whole garlic.
STEP 3/13
Pour olive oil into a pan and add green onions and garlic
STEP 4/13
To make green onion and garlic oil
I'll stir-fry it
STEP 5/13
When the garlic and green onions start to stir-fry
STEP 6/13
After stir-frying the cabbage
STEP 7/13
Add chives and stir-fry them.
The reason I stir-fry it is because I put in jajang powder and boil it
It's to prevent it from getting mushy.
STEP 8/13
After adding water
STEP 9/13
Add black bean sauce
After you mix it
STEP 11/13
After boiling, taste and add the missing parts.
I didn't put anything else because the garlic and green onions make it taste clean...
If you want to sharpen the color of cabbage and chives, you can boil them with a little salt.
STEP 12/13
You can eat it with rice, vegetable fried rice, or crab meat fried rice.
You can boil the noodles and make jajangmyeon.
STEP 13/13
The color of the can of corn or peas is added to the taste and the texture that pops in the mouth is added.
While making fried rice, I made jajangmyeon quickly, but it was better than I thought
I was satisfied :)
My parents said that it's more delicious, clean, and not greasy than eating at a Chinese restaurant
Enjoy it while you eat it
He showed me the cherry blossom viewing at Jikjisa Temple :)
For the first time, chives are so good for your body that you can't trade them for beef
I made it with chives, so it was good because it had color and taste :)
I felt like I was going to fly because my parents ate it deliciously
It was better than the Chinese restaurant, so I felt like flying when I heard that I didn't have to go to the Chinese restaurant. :)
