How to make pickled perilla leaves, pickled perilla leaves, pickled soy sauce perilla leaves

Ingredients: 100 perilla leaves, 1 cup dark soy sauce, 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup vinegar, and 1 cup pickle are usually 1:1:1:1 ratio. You can adjust the amount of sugar.

First, rinse perilla leaves in cold water.

This part is my personal preference, but I got rid of the stem beforehand because I was lazy to eat it.

Remove moisture by shaking off the perilla leaves I took it out with a dishcloth one by one, but I shook it off.

Now, put 10 pieces of dried perilla leaves in a zigzag container and stack them

1 cup water, 1 cup vinegar, 1 cup soy sauce, 1 cup sugar

Put them all in a pot and bring them to a boil Once it boils, turn off the heat and let it cool. Put your hand in and if it's lukewarm

Pour soy sauce into the perilla leaf

If you add soy sauce, the perilla leaves will float, and in this case, if you put the plate on top, it will be pickled in soy sauce well.

Put it at room temperature for a day and store it in the refrigerator from the next day. Like this, pickled perilla leaves are done.
