You can use commercially available dumpling skin, but you can make your own dumpling skin by mixing flour with a little salt and a drop or two of cooking oil.

Prepare dumpling filling
The zucchini was shredded and slightly salted Squeeze and saute slightly.
Season the pork with garlic, pepper, green onions, and soy sauce.
Mince the soaked shiitake, mix it with soy sauce, pepper, and sesame oil, and stir-fry it slightly.
Chop the onions and carrots thickly.

If you make delicious broth and add dumplings, the delicious dumpling soup is completed.
* If you add a drop or two of cooking oil when you knead the dumpling skin, it's good because the dumplings don't stick to each other.
* If you make the dough in advance and ripen it in the refrigerator, it becomes more chewy.
* If you make dumplings and put them on kitchen towels, they won't stick to the floor.
* Stir-fry pumpkin and shiitake, spread out, cool, and mix.
