Cooking Steps

Prepare rice, sausages, onions, chives, and carrots as much as you need

If fried rice is troublesome, you can make it easier using furikake. I think the depth of the sausage sheath is about 0.5cm.If the sheath is deep, the sausage can be too wide when blanching, so it can be a little cumbersome to put in the rice ball.

Don't last too long when you go to the vegetable blender, just a little bit. Season rice with salt or oyster sauce because it doesn't taste good if it's bland. When you make rice balls with rice, the rice and sausages don't get lumped together and fall apart easily. I used glutinous rice, but it wasn't easy. Press down on the rice with your hands, clump it together as tightly as possible, and add the sausage.^^
