Making Kimchi Fried Rice Scotch Eggs
Let's make a meal with rice in the scotch that we ate as a snack.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Add salt to the water and boil the eggs.
STEP 2/10
In the meantime, chop up the green onions.
STEP 3/10
Chop up the kimchi, too. I also leave some kimchi soup.
STEP 4/10
Put cooking oil and green onions in a pan, make green onion oil, and stir-fry kimchi and kimchi soup.
Add sugar and stir-fry it.

When it's cooked, stir-fry the rice. Season with red pepper paste and soy sauce.

If there were some eggs, peel them.

Cover with flour and cover with bacon.

Cover kimchi fried rice made in eggs wrapped in bacon. Please press it.

Coat the kimchi rice balls with egg water.

Roll the egg mixture in a pan until it is cooked.
You have to make kimchi fried rice hard so that it clumps well into eggs. Soft-boiled eggs are better than hard-boiled ones, but they're careful not to burst.
