I ordered 10kg online. It's uncooked kimchi, but I thought it would be delicious braised pork belly kimchi.

It's honeycomb pork belly. If it's meat that doesn't have a sheath marks. That way, the sauce will soak in.

I cut the kimchi into 3 pieces and cut the meat into small pieces to make it bite-sized. Roll from the stem and cover the wide leaves.

Why did I do this while rolling it? Hahaha, I thought you made it happen.
This was the only time I had regrets. When I eat, I tell you that I really enjoyedly.

I spread the oil on the pan, cut the onions, and spread them on the floor.

Put the kimchi roll on top of the onion.

You can use plain water, but I used kelp stock.
STEP 8/10
I only put in enough water to make the ingredients self-sufficient.

I added ginger, red pepper powder, cooking wine, and soy sauce.

When the soup boils down and the meat is cooked, take it out, cut the chives, and put it on top!
