Full of charms, wind, rain, no bangs!!!
While cooking kkanpunggi, I thought the kkanpunggi sauce would go well with other places, so I made it using easy and inexpensive udon noodles!! Super simple recipe that anyone can make with simple ingredients at home!! You can make the sauce in advance and take it out when you're lazy to cook, and if you call your friends and cook, you're a popular star!! Tada 'Kkanpung' is 'Gunpung' in Chinese characters, which means 'drying' the sauce dry and 'fang' meaning 'drying' and 'drying' meaning 'drying' the sauce dry and stir-fried udon, and its name is 'Kanpung Udon'!! Most of the stir-fried udon was eaten in Japanese style, but this time, I changed the stir-fried udon to Chinese style. You can replace the udon noodles with pasta noodles or rice, or it goes well with a sauce that you dip in fried food, so you can use it anywhere!! (Other ingredients can also be replaced with leftover ingredients from home.)

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/19
First, prepare the ingredients before cooking!
I prepared simple ingredients left at home!!
Udon noodles can be replaced with pasta noodles, or you can use rice as a rice bowl or fried rice
If other ingredients such as mushrooms, onions, oyster sauce, and pork are not at home, they can be omitted or replaced with leftover vegetables. (Even if you don't have oyster sauce, it's delicious enough, but you have to protect other sauce ingredients!!)
STEP 2/19
Wash and clean the ingredients to put in the sauce and chop them up
STEP 3/19
Next, chop the onions and mushrooms that will be stir-fried with udon, and slice the garlic. Be careful with your hands!!!
STEP 4/19
While preparing vegetables, prepare water to boil the udon!
Boiling! Boiling!
STEP 5/19
And prepare the prepared soy sauce, sugar, water, vinegar, chili oil, and oyster sauce in a ratio of 1:1:1:1:1:1.
STEP 6/19
When the water boils, add the udon noodles and simmer for about 2 minutes until the noodles dissolve.
STEP 7/19
Prepare the sauce while the noodles are boiling!! Cover the pan with chili oil. If you add too much chili oil, it can be spicy, so if you can't eat spicy food, you can change it to regular cooking oil!
STEP 8/19
When the chili oil is heated, add minced garlic and smell the garlicI'm going to brush it
STEP 9/19
When the minced garlic is fried to a certain extent, add the minced vegetables and stir-fry them sizzling!
STEP 10/19
If the vegetables are stir-fried and the color of the chili oil is changed, pour the sauce and boil it down together
STEP 11/19
When the edges of the sauce boil, reduce the heat and add 1t of starch to set the concentration! It's stir-fried udon, so it shouldn't be too wet~~~
STEP 12/19
The concentration of the sauce is best to lump together little by little when it drops, but the concentration is not very important, so just pass for those who are having a hard time
STEP 13/19
While making the sauce, strain the well-boiled udon noodles through a sieve and drain them! Shall we do something else while the water dries out? GO GO
STEP 14/19
Put pepper oil in the pan and add sliced garlic to make the scent like before!
STEP 15/19
After garlic, minced pork!! As expected, fat can't be missing from food? Put pepper on the meat before stir-frying or add pepper when stir-frying it! As the pork is fried, it gets lumped together, so stir-fry it well. (If you don't have meat at home, you can use ham or sausage or skip it!)
STEP 16/19
When the meat is cooked to a certain extent, add all the ingredients except for udon noodles!! Stir-fry it
STEP 17/19
When the ingredients are fried, add the udon noodles and mix them together,
STEP 18/19
Finally, add the sauce that has been boiled down and stir-fry it. Turn the heat to strong and make it taste like fire!! The taste of fire is the life of Chinese food!!!!
STEP 19/19
This is a very simple ingredient and method!!!
