There's nothing much to prepare for hairtail, so if you make the sauce well, you can enjoy it as much as you want
*If you don't have plum and oligosaccharide, you can replace it with sugar (adjust the amount)
* This recipe is based on measuring spoon measuring cup
1 tablespoon measuring spoon = 15ml = Adult spoon 1 (liquid full 1 / powder slightly soft 1)
1 cup = 200 ml
If you're worried about the fishy taste of hairtail, cut it and sprinkle it on the hairtail
