  • Tofu

  • glutinous rice flour

  • Red pepper

  • Garlic

  • instant rice

  • Cooking oil
    1/2cup
  • Red pepper powder

  • Soy sauce
    2TS
  • Soup market, anchovy kelp
    3TS
  • Starch syrup
    1TS
  • Sesame
    1TS
  • Water
    1.5cup
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut tofu into cubes and drain with kitchen towel (about 10 minutes)
STEP 2/6
Chop green onion, garlic and red pepper.
*Sliced green onions to make green onion oil
STEP 3/6
In a bowl, combine red pepper powder, soy sauce, soup, starch syrup, sesame seeds, water, and chopped vegetables.
STEP 4/6
Grease the pot, add green onions, make green onion oil, and boil it with the pre-made seasoning.
STEP 5/6
Coat tofu with glutinous rice flour and fry in oil.
And place on kitchen towel to drain.
STEP 6/6
Place rice in a bowl, top with fried tofu and fried eggs, and pour in the seasoning.
