Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Put 10TS of soy sauce and 7TS of sugar in a pot and heat it up over low heat.
STEP 2/10
Cut the green onions into large pieces in a pan and bake them until they are colored.
STEP 3/10
Put the green onion in Step 1. Heat it for about 3 minutes, then put it down to one side and cool it down.

Stir-fry the forelimbs in the pan where the green onions were being baked and season with salt and pepper.

Separate enoki mushrooms along the grain of your hands.

Put oil on the pan where you stir-fry the front meat and add enoki mushrooms.

After 40 seconds, add the stir-fried forelimbs.
When the pork turns a little brown, add 50ml of water.
(If you add water, the sauce that you made without burning will adjust the viscosity, so even the beginner of stir-fry can make it very easy.)
