STEP 1/10
Put 10TS of soy sauce and 7TS of sugar in a pot and heat it up over low heat.

Cut the green onions into large pieces in a pan and bake them until they are colored.

When the pork turns a little brown, add 50ml of water.
(If you add water, the sauce that you made without burning will adjust the viscosity, so even the beginner of stir-fry can make it very easy.)

Use a small ladle to put in about 1 ladle.
(Add or subtract according to your preference and eat to your taste.)

Place 5 garlics in a small bowl and wrap them in plastic wrap and microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds to 2 minutes. Mash the finished garlic with butter.
