    Thanks to you, I made a pretty lotus root chip^^ I was able to make it thin because I had a slicer that I cut into thin slices at home!! As you said, I soaked it for a day to make it darker, and when I dried it, the color came out darker! I've tried a few fried foods as a test.. Honey-flavored Happy New Year!!
