Pour in water or rum enough to cover the dried cranberries.

Soak for about 30 minutes and drain.

Chop the soaked cranberries into small pieces.

Place the soft cream cheese in a bowl and gently beat.

Add soft butter and mix well.

Add sugar and mix well.

Add the yolk and mix well.

Add the red food coloring and make it pink (optional)

Divide the powder twice and mix it as if you are splitting it.

When you see a little powder, add the dry cranberries and lightly knead.

Divide the dough into two halves and roll to 0.5cm thick.

Cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Please take a picture with a cookie cutter that is 4.5cm in diameter.

Bake at 160 for 10-12 minutes.

Place well-baked cookies on a rack to cool enough.
