Then, sprinkle a handful of thick salt evenly on the cabbage and sprinkle a cup of water to soak it for 3-4 hours.
Mix it once or twice so that the cabbage is seasoned evenly
(You can make salt water and pickle it.)

After 3 hours, the cabbage was somewhat out of breath.

Rinse the pickled cabbage a couple of times in running water and drain it through a sieve.
Then, taste the cabbage leaves and stems.
At this time, if the cabbage is pickled a little salty, reduce the amount of fish sauce, and if it is bland, add more salt or fish sauce ^^
I marinated it not salty or bland and added the seasoning according to the recipe above.

Put the chopped chives into the pickled cabbage and add half a cup of red pepper powder

Then add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 2 tablespoon of plum extract, 4 tablespoon of fish sauce, and 2 tablespoon of sugar and mix well.

Lastly, taste it.
Salt if it's bland, fish sauce if it doesn't taste good enough, and sugar if it doesn't taste sweet enough
I didn't add extra seasoning because it suits my taste.
