STEP 1/7
Please shred the potatoes and get ready
I shredded it and made spicy potato stir-fry, but it came out square at school..Hah!
So I cut it into cubes and stir-fry it again
STEP 2/7
Add 1 tsp thick salt to boiling water and add potatoes and blanch until potatoes are half cooked
STEP 3/7
If the potato is about translucent, it's half cooked
Don't throw away all the water and leave some
If the potatoes are not fully cooked, add water and boil them
STEP 4/7
Grease a heated pan and stir-fry minced garlic and red pepper powder
STEP 5/7
When garlic starts to smell, stir-fry soy sauce, oligosaccharide or starch syrup
If you put soy sauce in it, it will burn quickly, so lower the heat
STEP 6/7
Add potatoes and stir-fry it
If the potatoes aren't fully cooked, add more blanched water and stir-fry it
Taste it and add salt if it's too bland
Add pepper and stir-fry it
STEP 7/7
Lastly, add perilla oil and mix it
Sprinkle sesame seeds on it
If you want to eat it spicier, you can cut Cheongyang red pepper
For the second time, cut it into cubes and the rest of the process is the same
There was bok choy, so I cut it and put it in, and the color was very pretty and delicious
It feels a bit bland when I stir-fry the potatoes..
If you add fresh vegetables, it looks more delicious
