Make Evidon easily with fried shrimp. You can use commercially available fried shrimp or make it like me!

  • Shiitake mushroom

  • Water
    120ml
  • Tzuyu

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Prepare dried shiitake mushrooms, soak them in a kitchen towel, dust them off, put them in a cup of water, and boil them with a piece of kelp.
Remove the kelp 5 minutes after it boils. Take out the mushrooms and slice them.

Now add 2Ts of tsuyu to about 120ml of this stock and mix well.

(Based on 2 servings - 2 cups of water, 8 Ts of soy sauce, 4 Ts of Cheongju, 4 Ts of Mirim, 3 Ts of sugar)
