STEP 1/11
If you bought lobster from the mart, wipe it with a brush between the shells.
I bought a trimmed one, but there was nothing to trim, so I washed it under running water.
STEP 2/11
If you didn't buy the cut, please cut it vertically.
STEP 3/11
Put 200ml of beer in a steamer for the sliced lobster and steam it with a little water.
STEP 4/11
When the color of the skin changes, remove and mix with salt, a little pepper, 2Ts butter, 1Ts minced garlic, and a little parsley.
STEP 5/11
Melt the butter in the microwave and mix together and spread evenly.
STEP 6/11
Now preheat to 180 degrees in the oven and cook for 5 minutes.
STEP 7/11
Add mozzarella cheese and parsley to the cooked lobster and cook for another 10 minutes.
STEP 8/11
Now I've sliced the lemon with the garnish, and I've blanched the strawberries and broccoli and served them as garnish.
It's good to sprinkle a little bit of lemon right before you eat it.
I'm going to make garlic dipping sauce now. You can dip it together, or it's good as a frying sauce, so make enough and keep it in the refrigerator before you eat it.
Mix mayonnaise 4, mustard 3, minced garlic 2, milk 4, sugar 2, vinegar 0.5 and salt
STEP 9/11
Tear the cheese and put it on top.
STEP 10/11
Mix it in a microwave oven for 30 seconds and when the cheese melts, the sauce is complete.
STEP 11/11
Grilled lobster butter with garlic dipping sauce, and they eat it so well!
Lobster steaming time is different depending on the size. Look carefully and if the skin color turns red, we will bake it again in the oven, so don't steam it too much. If you have white wine, it will be more flavorful if you spray it with it!
