Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Six lamb chops for one serving!
If you don't eat much, control yourself!
Spread olive oil back and forth on the lamb standWell.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and rosemary on one side only.
Put him to sleep for a while From 15 minutes to 30 minutes!
STEP 2/9
One very large potato is enough
A handful of small potatoes like me
Peel it, cut it into pieces, put it in a pot, marinate it in cold water, put it in water again, sprinkle salt, and boil it.
Boil for about 15 minutes
STEP 3/9
When boiling potatoes, the soybean stem should be trimmed well, put cold water in it, sprinkle salt, boil it for 5 minutes, put ice in cold water, and cool it quickly so that the soybean stem does not turn brown.
Heat olive oil in a pot, stir-fry minced onion, minced garlic, brown, stir-fry bean stalks, add 2T of water, close the lid, boil it for 3 minutes, open the lid, cook it without moisture.
STEP 4/9
Chop up the charot and prepare 20g of frozen spinach.
STEP 5/9
Heat the butter in a frying pan, add the chopped charot first, stir-fry evenly for a minute, then add the frozen spinach and stir-fry it over a small heat
STEP 6/9
When the potatoes are boiled twice, drain, pour milk and mash well.
STEP 7/9
Put 5 times completed in a well-mashed potato, mix well, sprinkle nutmeg, salt, white pepper, stir well over low heat, and heat.
When the mashed potatoes boil, it's done
Turn off the heat and close the lid.
STEP 8/9
Heat the garlic butter in a frying pan, then put the marinated lamb and bake over high heat for 3 minutes. Bake the other side for 3 minutes.
This time, bake both sides on medium heat for 1 minute. (If it's well-done and if it's medium, you just have to flip it once like the first time.)
Make sure to use a timer when grilling meat, and if you flip it over several times, the juice of the meat disappears and it becomes dry, so it doesn't taste good!
STEP 9/9
Prepare a plate for the food wall, put mashed potatoes in a round mold, put chopped onions and stir-fried bean stalks, and put the yango-gi on top.
Sprinkle it with parsley powder.
If you thoroughly defrost frozen lamb and wipe the blood with a kitchen towel, the smell of lamb is less fishy! Dry wine that goes well with lamb is white wine and rose wine, and I drink it cold.
