STEP 1/6
First, beat the eggs and strain them through a sieve.
Mix 4Ts of milk in here.
Add a little salt and pepper, please.
Chop green pepper and onion mushrooms into thick pieces.
Slice the meat into small pieces, too.

Grease a frying pan with olive oil and stir-fry meat, then add vegetables and 2 tablespoons ketchup.

Put butter in an omelet frying pan and mix the egg mixture over medium heat and stir with chopsticks

Shoot it to one side and make it round.

Add the stir-fried vegetables in the middle and roll them in a round shape.
Now place neatly on the plate.

Tomato ketchup 2Ts, pork cutlet sauce 2Ts, Worcester sauce 1Ts, red wine 2Ts, onion minced 2Ts, 1/3 cup water, a little butter, a little pepper, a sheet of monthly tree leaves
Add and simmer.

Turn it off when it's almost concentrated.
If you put Demiglas sauce on top of the omelet, the omelet is complete
You can replace the topping with ham or something else even if it's not chicken breast!
Don't give up because you don't have red wine. If you don't have any other ingredients, you can skip them.If you don't have Worcester sauce, boldly skip the pork cutlet sauce and replace it with steak sauce. Wolgye leaves can be omitted.
