  • Sugar powder

  • Milk

  • whipped cream

  • Chocolate chip

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Add sugar powder to butter and blend gently.
STEP 2/9
Scrape the butter on the wall and gather it around.

Sift in the flour.
STEP 4/9
When you mix the powder, scratch it like you're cutting it, turn the wall, and mix it. (It's to make the scone have a dry texture.)

Keep mixing it and make it fluffy like a picture. (If you mix it well, it doesn't get fluffy and lumps together!)

Pour vanilla extract into milk + fresh cream.

Mix lightly enough to form a lump, then add chocolate chips and mix again.

Panning one at a time with a scoop (or spoon)! (The rough shape is the characteristic of the scone, so please leave it rough.)^^) If you want to use a cookie cutter to shape it, please spread it to 2.5cm thick after 30 minutes of refrigerating tissue.

Bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until browned to look delicious!
