STEP 1/10
Prepare a Ciabatta. A soft baguette is fine.
STEP 2/10
Make mayonnaise with wasabi to fit the amount. (Wouldn't it be bland because there's a lot of lettuce in it? So I added a pinch of salt, and it has a seasoned taste of crab, so I don't think it's okay to add it.Mix well so that there is no hole in the wasabi.
STEP 3/10
Cut the lettuce into 1/4 pieces and soak it in water. (10 minutes) Wash it while keeping it overlapped. Drain completely. (Strainer & Kitchen Towel)
STEP 4/10
Four knuckles-sized crab are for one person. (Adjust according to the size of the bread.) Tear diagonally.
STEP 5/10
Hidden ingredients that capture the greasy taste of crab. Cut one green pepper, which is not spicy and not strong on the outside, in half, remove the seeds, and cut it into very small squares. (One green pepper for one person)
STEP 6/10
Cut the ciabatta in half and spread the butter evenly. (You may skip the butter when you eat immediately after cooking.)
STEP 7/10
Add crab to mayonnaise sauce first and mix well with chopsticks.
STEP 8/10
Add green pepper and mix.
STEP 9/10
Place about 4 layers of lettuce inside the ciabatta and crab. Fold it in half and cut it in half.
STEP 10/10
Put crab meat sandwiches on a pretty plate and eat them with seasonal fruits or salad to complete a great brunch. I ate grapefruit juice and sandwiches together, and the chemistry between the two was good.
Adjust the wasabi in the mayonnaise sauce according to your preference.
If the lettuce is wet, the sandwich gets soggy.
If you have whole shrimp, stir-fry it in olive oil
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and mix with crab after cooling.
