Chop carrots and onions finely. If you feel the taste of spicy onions, you can rinse them in water. It tastes good if you slice it thinly. And crushed garlic and green onions. I'll put it in the sauce.

Personally, kelp sauce has to be seasoned with fish sauce to have a deep taste.
I'll season it with fish sauce.
Add 3 tablespoons of anchovy sauce, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 2 tablespoon of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1/3 tablespoon of sugar, and minced garlic and chopped green onions to prepare the seasoning. Personally, I don't put in sesame oil after mixing it like this.
If you grind sesame seeds and put them in quickly, it's more savory and delicious.
