Gimbap - Overseas
Hello, I'm a big fan of Spain who embraces the sun. Recently, I was a little busy shaking off old dust and changing the arrangement of furniture in spring. Today, the atmosphere of the house has changed, the atmosphere of the country has changed, and I have been lively in many ways, so I made gimbap. I used the seaweed I got from my friend, and I bought only pickled radish for 2.25 euros at the Asia Mart, which I often use. There is also a large mart that sells seaweed for sushi, but I am a Korean who loves gimbap that rolls gimbap with seaweed for gimbap. Hah, hah, hah. Let's say it's 5 servings with 2 rows per person.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Cut the seeded cucumber vertically and measure it with a little salt.
Slightly ambiguous expression, but there is no better expression.
If you don't like salty food, you can sprinkle it a little bit more if you like it a little bit.^^
After marinating for 30 minutes (about 30 minutes) the other ingredients are prepared, gently squeeze the moisture out by hand
STEP 2/9
Shred the carrots, oil them, sprinkle a little salt and stir-fry them. I used a knife while buying it cheaply for about 10 euros.
You don't have to add sesame as an option, but I love the random recipe of sprinkling sesame seeds here and there.
STEP 3/9
Prepare egg garnish by frying, cutting ham, and cutting the most important pickled radish.
STEP 4/9
After cooling down the rice, add a little salt, sesame oil, and sesame seeds to mix.
STEP 5/9
Let's roll it now. with seaweed on top
STEP 6/9
Spread the rice on top
STEP 7/9
Put the 5 ingredients (cucumber, carrot, egg, ham, pickled radish) on top
STEP 8/9
You can roll it up. It takes a little skill, but I think I can't even eat bear hands.
STEP 9/9
Even if it's dried a little ugly, the taste is the same. Enjoying beer and gimbap with a friend near my house.
