Simple stir-fried garlic stems
Garlic stem looks better when it's green, but I thought about it because it turns brown every time I stir-fry it~~ How can I make it green and delicious? I thought about it, but I made it with minimal blanching time, but I was satisfied that it was delicious while maintaining the green color. ^^ I will introduce simple, delicious, and good-looking garlic bell stir-fry

The tip I learned from the Jongwon Baek~~LOL I heard that it's better to put soy sauce around the edge of the pan than to mix it in the ingredients when putting soy sauce~~I use it whenever I cook stir-fried food I pressed the soy sauce again to create a scent
