I'm away too much for housework I guess you were tired after going on business trips to fill up the empty time I slept really well on the weekend. And then I wake up early in the morning... ^ ^;; When I wake up at dawn, it's hard to go back to sleep He said he baked my favorite moist mocha muffin for the first time in a while.

  • Flour

  • Baking powder

  • unsalted butter

  • Sugar

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Gently beat butter at room temperature.
STEP 2/6
Add sugar three times and mix.
STEP 3/6
Beat in eggs beforehand, add little by little, and mix.
STEP 4/6
Sift the sifted powders one more time and mix.
STEP 5/6
Add coffee extract and rum and mix.
STEP 6/6
Put 75% of the batter in a parchment muffin pan,
Place chock chunks on top of it to suit your taste.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
