STEP 1/17
We should make salsa sauce first. You have to make other ingredients right away and wrap them when it's warm. Prepare the onion, which is the ingredient for salsa sauce.
STEP 2/17
The main ingredients of salsa sauce are onions and tomatoes. I also prepare the tomatoes after chopping them. You don't have to lose a lot.
STEP 3/17
In a mixing bowl, add chopped onions and tomatoes and mix well.
STEP 4/17
I'll have to season it first. Season it with salt and pepper
STEP 5/17
Add honey to give it a sweet taste. If you don't have honey, plum extract is good too. If you don't like it, please add starch syrup. Or I think sugar would be better than starch syrup.
STEP 6/17
I poured olive oil around here to give it a more luxurious and savory taste. Then it gives you a much more savory taste.
STEP 7/17
Lastly, add lemon juice that gives a sour taste. And mix it well and put it in the refrigerator and keep it cold.
STEP 8/17
Take out a piece of tortilla and cut it in half. It's a whole wheat tortilla, so it's dark.
STEP 9/17
I'm not satisfied with just adding salsa sauce. I don't feel full. Put the smoked chicken breast in a heated pan and add a little oil. Add smoked paprika powder, salt, and pepper and bake. You can eat smoked chicken breast only by heating it with electronic lenses, but I grilled it over the fire to make it taste good.
STEP 10/17
Just grill tortillas in a pan without oil. It gives off a more savory taste, but it feels like a crispy surface.
STEP 11/17
It would have been nice if there was solid cheese, but I didn't have it, so I tore up the slice cheese randomly.
STEP 12/17
The smoked chicken breast is well cooked. Now, you just put it in the tacos and roll it's done.
STEP 13/17
Place veggies on each half of the grilled tortilla. I'll fold it in half, so put it in one side only. The ingredients
STEP 14/17
Place grilled smoked chicken breast on top.
STEP 15/17
Make it and put the chilled salsa sauce on top. It's honestly delicious with just salsa sauce, but if you don't have smoked chicken breast, you can add sausage.
STEP 16/17
Lastly, put the cheese on top. And fold it in half. After folding, wrap it with parchment paper or paper foil to make it easier to eat.
STEP 17/17
Taco wrapped in parchment paper!!! It's good to eat and it's good because it's not sticky on your hands. The contents are plentiful, so it's perfect for brunch. Two tacos are served with one tortilla, so I'm full and reassured.
