Grilled mushrooms with cheese are savory
It's a side dish that I enjoyed with beer while traveling in Europe ^^ I made grilled cheese with mushroom.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Cut out the mushroom columns
Peel off the skin with your hands.

Chop paprika and naengi into small pieces.

Place a piece of butter in a thick frying pan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes with the mushroom column facing up.

Place paprika and chilli on top of mushrooms and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Lastly, put pizza cheese on top.

Cover and cook over low heat for 3 to 4 minutes until the pizza cheese melts well.

The pretty colors of red, yellow, and blue are in harmony, and the pizza cheese melts and seeps in, making the grilled mushroom cheese with a savory taste! It's simple and pretty. It's good as a side dish for drinking ^^
