Use it as a pancake if there's leftover dumpling filling
I made kimchi dumplings last week and there's still dumpling filling left. It would have been nice if I did it right, but I always had a lot of stuffing when I did it. I was thinking about buying more dumpling skin, but Sang Gyun told me to make Korean pancakes...He gave me a tip through a text message. So I made Korean pancakes with leftover dumpling filling.

Ingredients
  • dumpling filling
  • pan frying powder
  • Cooking oil
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
I froze the rest in the freezer because I didn't know when to cook it. I took it out in advance and defrosted it. It's not this much. I just took out the amount to eat to make a little bit.
STEP 2/5
I made a dough with flour and water.
STEP 3/5
I'm going to say hello and make it round with a little confusion.
STEP 4/5
Add enough oil to the pan and add a little bit of mix.
STEP 5/5
The weather was gloomy, but it was delicious to fry it like this. ^^ It's a dumpling filling, so there's meat, and it's seasoned, and it's perfect to use as a pancake
