STEP 1/3
[Making mango tooth pudding]
1. Grind the peeled and seeded mango pulp, coconut milk, water, agave syrup, salt and vanilla essence in a blender.
2. Mix the ground mango mix and chia seeds in a mixing bowl, then put them in a pudding container or cup, wrap them, and refrigerate for more than 2 hours.
STEP 2/3
[Making coconut whipped cream]
1. Open the bottom of one can of coconut milk that was refrigerated for about one night to drain the separated coconut water, and transfer only the hardened coconut milk lump to a mixing bowl.
2. Whip coconut milk with a hand mixer for 3-4 minutes.
3. Add the agave syrup and mix lightly to complete the coconut whipped cream.
Make tooth pudding using various fruits other than mangoes.
Strawberries, blueberries, and bananas are also great options :)
