Super simple beef seaweed soup boiled with ground beef
I only buy meat from the soup store on sale. If you don't cook Yukgaejang or Seolleongtang, there's no big difference in taste, so do you really need to pay more? Here is a recipe for seaweed soup that is delicious even when boiled with simple meat.

Ingredients
  • Seaweed
    30g
  • Steamed beef
    350g
  • Water
    1.5L
  • crushed garlic
    2TS
  • Korean style soy sauce
    1TS
  • salted anchovies
    1TS
  • Salt
    1/4ts
  • Sesame oil
    1TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Soak the seaweed and wash it out. It's about five handfuls after being called. Cut it with scissors or rip it off by hand to make it into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 2/5
Stir-fry ground beef, sesame oil, and ground garlic in a pot.
STEP 3/5
When the meat is cooked
STEP 4/5
Add seaweed and stir-fry it together. Stand and stir-fry for at least 3 minutes.
STEP 5/5
When the color of the seaweed gets darker, pour 1.5 liters (1500ml) of water, season with soy sauce, anchovy sauce, and salt, and boil with a lid on. You can eat it as soon as it boils, but it tastes better if you boil it for a long time, so if you want to boil it for a long time, pour about 200ml more water and boil it more.
Stir-fry seaweed enough and then pour water to boil to make it taste more savory. One tablespoon equals three tablespoons.

Seasoning? I can't measure the capacity of the ingredients, so I put it in little by little, and it tastes good except that there's a lot of soy sauce in it^^ I think it'll be really good if you adjust the amount of soy sauce^^ (If I had looked at the tip at the bottom first, I would have known how much it was and tasted it better.) But I think it'll taste better because it's been boiled for a long time^^
