When the color of the seaweed gets darker, pour 1.5 liters (1500ml) of water, season with soy sauce, anchovy sauce, and salt, and boil with a lid on. You can eat it as soon as it boils, but it tastes better if you boil it for a long time, so if you want to boil it for a long time, pour about 200ml more water and boil it more.
Stir-fry seaweed enough and then pour water to boil to make it taste more savory.
One tablespoon equals three tablespoons.
