STEP 1/9
I squeezed out the tofu and kimchi to remove the water. The bean sprouts and spring beans are blanched and the glass noodles are boiled.
STEP 2/9
I added soy sauce, pepper, and sesame oil.
STEP 3/9
Put on plastic gloves and mix them well and season them. There's no meat in it yet, so you can taste it. ^^ You can taste it with meat, but... I don't think that's...^^;;;; I like cooked meat
STEP 4/9
Red pepper powder that goes into my cooking post. Hahaha. Of course it goes in kimchi dumplings. ^^ The color is slightly red, right?
STEP 5/9
Meat is pork sirloin. Marinated with cooking wine, pepper, and garlic. Wake up the marinated meat and mix it well with other ingredients.
STEP 6/9
Put the filling ingredients in the dumpling skin, coat the skin with water, fold it in half, and stick it on. And if you put both ends together, it looks like a round kimchi dumpling.
STEP 7/9
Starting with one, I made it all.
STEP 8/9
I put it in a steamer and steamed it for 15 minutes.
STEP 9/9
I was lazy because I had a lot of hands, but it's delicious because I made it myself. So I think I'm making kimchi dumplings at home even if it's hard.^^
