For breakfast soup...Tofu kimchi egg soup
I thought it would be hard to eat rice without soup on a mouthful morning, so I made tofu kimchi egg soup with plenty of ingredients with ingredients that I need at least one soup, soup, or stew.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Slice 3 eggs, 3 pinch of salt, and 1/2 green onion and mix well.

I chopped 1 cup of chopped kimchi and 1/4 onions in a pot and stir-fried them evenly with 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil.
STEP 3/8
When the sesame oil is completely fried, add 200g of tofu and stir-fry evenly while crushing.

And pour 3 cups of anchovy broth from kelp...

Season with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and boil it.
STEP 6/8
I took out the foam that was formed when it was boiling. They say it's not necessary, but I want to remove it instinctively~~

And don't pour the prepared egg in one place, cut it off evenly so that the egg doesn't clump into a large lump, and stir it to boil.
