Cooking Steps

Please cut the lotus root into 5mm thick pieces and prepare it.
STEP 2/6
Pour vinegar into boiling water, add chopped lotus roots, and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Boil it in vinegar water to remove the Arin flavor of lotus root. It's boiled again, so it takes less time to cook. Boil the lotus root and strain it in a strainer.
STEP 3/6
Wash the kkari peppers for boiled lotus roots and use a fork to make holes so that the seasoning can be cut well.
STEP 4/6
Make the seasonings for braised lotus roots. Add 10T of soy sauce, sugar and oligosaccharide.
STEP 5/6
Boil the finished seasoning, then add the lotus root and boil it down. When the lotus root is cooked to a certain extent, add the pepper and boil it until the soup is gone.
STEP 6/6
The cooked lotus root with a very crunchy texture has been completed! It's perfect as a side dish with chili peppers.
