Pour vinegar into boiling water, add chopped lotus roots, and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Boil it in vinegar water to remove the Arin flavor of lotus root. It's boiled again, so it takes less time to cook. Boil the lotus root and strain it in a strainer.

Boil the finished seasoning, then add the lotus root and boil it down. When the lotus root is cooked to a certain extent, add the pepper and boil it until the soup is gone.
