STEP 1/16
Sprinkle 1cm thick tofu with fine salt and place in a sieve.
Based on 2 buckwheat crepes, 2 pieces of tofu are included.
(One out of three was just grilled. lol)
STEP 2/16
I'm going to prepare pork.
Based on 2 buckwheat crepes, 50g of beef is included.
STEP 3/16
Prepare a bowl of sour kimchi and chop it into small pieces. I don't squeeze the soup separately.
STEP 4/16
Put 1t of sesame oil on a heated pan and stir-fry minced garlic and chopped green onions over low heat. (I put whole garlic in the olive because it's pre-cooked.)
STEP 5/16
If it smells like garlic, add the sweetened meat and stir-fry it.
STEP 6/16
When the sweetened meat is half-cooked, add 1t of plum juice and sprinkle 1t of seasoned soy sauce on the edge of the pan and mix quickly. (The process of smelling the soy sauce)
STEP 7/16
Put in the kimchi. Stir-fry it well so that the kimchi soup is chewy.
STEP 8/16
Wrap tofu in cotton cloth and squeeze the water completely.
STEP 9/16
On low heat... Add salty tofu and mix it well.
STEP 10/16
When the sweetened meat, kimchi, and tofu are mixed well, turn off the heat and sprinkle pepper.
STEP 11/16
Add 1C of buckwheat flour & 1.5C of water and mix well with a whisk.(So that I don't feel scared)
STEP 12/16
Grease a heated pan and wipe it well with a kitchen towel. Spread 1 ladle of buckwheat dough.
STEP 13/16
If the color of buckwheat pancake changes to light beige, add the filling ingredients.
STEP 14/16
Roll it up... Let the ends touch the floor for a moment. (adhesive)
STEP 15/16
Plain buckwheat crepe doesn't add more oil. If you want a more chewy buckwheat pancake, bake it with 2T of oil. Cook the surface back and forth and place on a plate.
STEP 16/16
Cut the buckwheat crepe into bite-sized pieces on the plate.
That way, the shape doesn't scatter.
You have to make the buckwheat pancake as thin as possible to prevent it from bursting.
Place the buckwheat dough on the pan and turn the pan in a circle.
